Stephen A. Nelson Principle Broker/Owner: Steve has been a Real Estate Broker for the past twelve years and a Custom Home Builder for twenty years. Steve relocated to this area over nineteen years ago from Maryland. Steve says, " I felt more at home here in two weeks than where I was born and raised." He is currently serving on the Rogersville Historical Zoning Board as a technical adviser and on the board of directors of the Rogersville Heritage Association. Steve was a charter member and past president of the Hawkins County Humane Society. He helped with starting the Hawkins County Habitat for Humanity. Steve assisted in coaching the Red's Baseball team (9&10 year olds) to first place the past two years. He is an active member of the Rogersville United Methodist Church. Steve's background in construction, remodeling, restoration and site development would be a valuable asset in meeting your real estate needs.

James Boehms: James has lived and worked in the Hawkins County community since 1986, moving here from Knoxville. He is a lifetime member of the Surgoinsville Volunteer Fire Department, having served as secretary/treasurer and chaplain for several years. He is an entrepreneur and former owner of a mowing and landscaping business. This experience taught him the value of treating clients with special attention.
