	Meet our sales team! Stephen A. Nelson Principle Broker/Owner: Steve has been a Real Estate Broker for the past twelve years and a Custom Home Builder for twenty years. Steve relocated to this area over nineteen years ago from Maryland. Steve says, " I felt more at home here in two weeks than where I was born and raised." He is currently serving on the Rogersville Historical Zoning Board as a technical advisor and on the board of directors of the Rogersville Heritage Association. Steve was a charter member and past president of the Hawkins County Humane Society. He helped with starting the Hawkins County Habitat for Humanity. Steve assisted in coaching the Red's Baseball team (9&10 year olds) to first place the past two years. He is an active member of the Rogersville United Methodist Church. He is a lifetime member of the Surgoinsville Volunteer Fire Department, having served as secretary/treasurer and chaplain for several years.
